Two Ways to Use Your
Prepaid Callback Card

To use as a Prepaid Card first dial an International
Access Number (available from over 45 countries) and follow the
prompts.

To use as a Callback Card, first dial your Callback Access Number,
and hang up after 1 ring. After you are called back, follow the prompts.
If you are using Callback for the first time or wish to useit from a new
location, you must program the system with the phone number where you can
be called back.
How To Program A Callback

Use a touch-tone phone to dial your Callback Access Number.

Let the phone ring until you hear a tone. Do not hang up.

Enter your Authorization Code + followed by the star (*) key.

Select Callback option 3: "To program your callback number." Follow
the voice prompts. (For callback to a room number or phone extension read
the Enhanced Services section below).
Note: You can also program your callback number by dialing the appropriate
International Access Number, entering
your Authorization Code and then pressing 9 star (*) for Callback Options.
How To Make Calls With Your Callback Card

Dial your Callback Access Number...............................................................................+

After 1 ring, hang up. You Will be called back in 5-30 seconds. Answer
the phone.

After the tone, enter your Authorization Code...............................................................+
followed by the star (*) key.

After the tone, enter the country code and number (or 2-digit speed dial
code) you wish to call followed by the star (*) key. To check for voice
mail, press 7 (*). To make more calls, don`t hang up, press the # key twice
(##).
+ Your Callback Access Number, Authorization Code, and Mailbox
Number are located on your plastic card. To reduce the possibility
of fraudulent use of your card, write down only the first 7 or 8 numbers
of your Authorization Code and memorize the last few digits. Keep your
plastic card in a secure location. |

Press 1 for Callback Options. You have 7 choices.

To be called back at your preprogrammed number. Press 1 and hang up.

For a Temporary Callback. Create a callback number that will be used only
1 time.

To program up to 5 Callback Numbers. (office, home, car, etc.)

To activate one of your 5 preprogrammed callback numbers.

To record your Callback Greeting. Your voice directs receptionist where
to send the call: "Call for Mr. Smith," etc. When you pick up the call,
you will be prompted to enter your Authorization Code.

To delete your Callback Greeting.

To change your Callback Extension. Similar to Option 5 except you enter
in the extension and system repeatedly announces: "Extension 123, please".

Press 2 to make a call. After the bong, enter country code and number.

Press 3 for Conference Calling. Maximum 6 lines. Once connected,
press star (*) 1 to add a new line. Press star (*) 3 to drop the last line
called.

Press 4 for Speed Dial. Create 75 two digit (01 through 75) speed dial
codes. Instead of dialing an outbound number, enter a two digit code followed
by the star (*) key to make a call.

Press 5 for Messaging Functions. Record your greeting. Retrieve voice &
fax mail. Activate a pager (US. only). Forward calls made to your mail
box.Have people call +1-212-256-6000 to leave a message or fax at Mailbox
Number :........................................... . Messages are deleted
after 14 days.

Press 6 for Message Delivery. Leave a message for another card holder or
to a person`s phone number. The sistem will try to deliver the message
4 times an hour for 6 hours. You can also program a wake up call.

Press 7 for Language Options.
Charges for Enhanced Features
-
When you make conference calls, your card balance is charged for all connected
calls based on origination and termination of each call.

When you choose to add or change speed dial numbers, record your greeting,
or select any of the Message Delivery or callback* options, your card balance
is charged the regular rate for a call made to the US.
(*Balance only charged when International Access Numbers are used)

When you check or retrieve voice/ fax mail, your card balance is charged
the regular rate for a call made to the US. plus an additional 5c per minute.

When you retrieve a fax, receive a wake up call, or are paged, your card
is charged for the cost of a call from the US. to wherever you directed
the call.
How to Use As a Prepaid Calling Card

From a touch-tone phone, dial the International
Access Number for the country you are calling from.

After the tone, enter you Authorization Code:...................................................
followed by the star (*) key.

After the tone, enter the country code and number (or 2 digit speed dial
code)you wish to call followed by the star (*) key. Do NOT dial
011 for international calls from the US. To mke more calls, don`t
hang up, press the # key twice (##).
Note: In most cases, using an International Access Number is more
expensive than using callback. Use the Calling Card option to: 1). Program
your callback number. 2). Make calls from the US. 3). Make a short call
where setting up a callback call is not cost effective.
Be careful in public areas, where someone might see your Authorization
Code. It is not necessary to always listen to the prompts. Once you hear
the tone, you can start entering digits. Card is non refundable and expires
6 months from date of first use. |
