General Information

IDT has established round the clock, everyday low prices for its customers. The
billing system is set up to the advantage of the customer. Many telecommunications
companies bill by the minute, meaning , if a customer is on the phone one minute
and one second, the customer is billed for two minutes. IDT bills in six second
increments after the initial 30 seconds.

IDT Callback uses the industry standard , a one-leg billing system. This means that
each call consists of one distinct call: From IDT's phone switch in the United States to
the customer's phone; and from the US to the call's destination.

Fees:
There are no hidden fees or charges. Other callback companies charge activation
fees, premier service fees, trigger number fees other small charges that add up each
month. At IDT, all services are free and the end user only pays for the amount of
time yo u spend on the phone.

There is a $10 minimum usage fee (If you make $10 worth of calls, this fee is
waived). All bills are subject to a 4% surcharge.

Payments Option(s):
IDT offers various forms of payments for the convenience of our clientele. All
payments must be made in US dollars.

1.Credit cards; IDT accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. WE
charge your credit card either when your bill reaches $250 or the end of the
month, whichever comes first.
2.Prepayment: If you do not have a credit card, IDT requires a prepayment of
twice your estimated monthly usage with a minimum amount of $500. We
will warn you when you when your bill nears the amount of your
pre-payment and we will lock your account when you exceed your payment
amount.

Monthly Statements:
IDT offers its agents two billing options. Option 1: At the end of the month, we mail
you a detailed call report with a list of the calls each customer makes, where called
and for how long. Option 2: IDT will bill the customer direct; the agent simply m
onitors collection.
